REQUIREMENTS
JETCAR RENTAL LIABILITY WAIVER AND AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT.
By signing this document, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participating in JetCar rentals:
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Identification
I confirm that I will present a valid government-issued photo ID (with date of birth) at the time of my reservation.
I understand that photocopies or photos of my ID will not be accepted.
Credit Card
I confirm that I will present a credit card matching the name on my photo ID.
Boater Safety
If I was born in 1988 or after, I confirm I will present a valid Florida Boater Safety License or complete a Boater Safety Test prior to my reservation.
Age Requirement
I confirm I am at least 18 years old to participate.
JetCar Capacity
I understand that each JetCar accommodates a maximum of two guests with a combined weight limit of 420 lbs.
Liability Waiver
I will complete and sign the liability waiver before starting the ride.
PARTICIPATION RESTRICTIONS
I understand that I cannot participate if:
I am under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
I am pregnant.
I have any existing medical conditions that could endanger myself or others.
I am unable to follow spoken instructions.
REFUND AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
No Show/Cancellation
I understand that no refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations.
If I am unable to make my reservation, I must notify the company at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
Weather Conditions
I understand that the company may issue a refund or reschedule my reservation in the event of inclement weather.
Damages
I agree to cover any damages to the JetCar caused during my rental period. If I refuse to pay for damages, I authorize the company to charge the credit card used for my reservation.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY
I understand that failure to meet any of the above requirements or comply with the terms may result in the cancellation of my reservation without a refund.
BY CLICKING “ACCEPT AND AGREE” I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED ABOVE. I ACKNOWLEDGE THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH JETCAR RENTALS AND PARTICIPATE VOLUNTARILY.
